LETTER OF REQUEST

Sir,

Greetings!

This is with regard to a project proposal that I would like to address to your
barangay office. As ca be checked with an ocular inspection, a vacant lot situated at
Sitio 38 has been rendered unused for quite some time now. It is therefor with
initiative that I decided to put up a project there which might find useful for the young
generation of my Purok.

The proposed project would be for the construction of streetlights in the said areas.
Thus, it is with this reason that I request the barangay to provide, if possible, the
needed budget for the proposed project.

The roughly estimated amount would be FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (


P500,000.00). Such amount will include the labor of the workers, professional fees,
necessary permits and materials for the construction.

I believe that the finished project can provide the people in my purok a quality
lights in the streets during night time.

Your positve response on the matter will be highly appreciated.
