Dear Secretary Abalos,
I would like to extend my utmost appreciation for the successful installation of the Solar Street
Lights in my Barangay. I am delighted that you have responded to my request to enhance the
appearance of our premises.
The tourists who disembarked from the ships were able to freely explore the community, thanks
to the lights that you installed for their safety. The local residents were also pleased to have a
guide who could provide them with illumination during their nighttime operations. The local law
enforcement officers are pleased that they no longer require a flashlight to conduct patrols and
inspect residences. The members of our community are able to freely navigate and explore their
surroundings without experiencing any apprehension or concern regarding their safety.
This initiative has resulted in significant positive transformations and enhanced well-being
within our community, enabling us to successfully establish a sustainable and environmentally
conscious environment. Thanks to the recently installed solar street lights, the barangay will no
longer have to be concerned about utility expenses. We are delighted that you have successfully
transformed our hopes into a tangible reality.
This could serve as a compelling motivation to continue providing assistance to communities in
