1. Introduction
Through the MOL portal user can log in and use a service allowing them to waive
notice period of their domestic workers prior to the domestic workers in question
applying to any application concerning employer-change, speeding up later
processes for all end-users.

2. Home Page
To access the portal, enter your QID and password. which are verified to ensure
complete protection of data privacy and prevent unauthorized users from entering
the system.

Employers who have previously registered with the National Authentication System
(NAS) can enter the Individual Portal to use the service

Employers who are not registered on NAS can use the following link to register.
https://www.nas.gov.qa/self-service/register/select-user-type

After successfully logging in to the system, the main page of the system appears,
which will allow you to use available online services, such as waiver of notification
period, following up on these requests, and taking the appropriate action on them.
The login page appears as follows:

The login data that you have entered is then verified. Once login data is inputted
correctly, internal system page appears. If logging data entered is incorrect upon
verification, you will be unable access the system and a message appears informing you
to re-correct your login information.
After successfully logging into the individuals Portal, the following page appears:

Click on “My services”.


You will then be directed to the next page containing a list of all services available to you

3. WAIVER OF NOTIFICATION PERIOD
Through this page, the current employer can view a list of their current
employees/workers and choose one of them to register a prior waiver for any of them,
and accordingly determine the validity period of the waiver (notice period).
To submit a prior waiver of the notice period, click on the Submit a prior waiver of the
notice period button from the individuals portal, the following page will appear:

Based on the registration information, the data will be retrieved automatically.


a) Click on the available box to provide or input the number of the labor you want
to waive notice period for
b) Click on the Register Waiver button.
c) Select the validity period of the waiver.
d) Click on the Pre-Registration button for the notice period, and the system will
register the waiver on the system for the two years that have been selected.

• Click on the Register assignment button for the selected labor, and the system
will register the assignment.
• Click on the Save Application button, and the system will save the application.
• Click on the cancel order button and the system will cancel the order
