Prior to launching Gracias Living, I was part of the founding team


and Head of Customer Experience and P&L at Spinny, one of India's
leading online platforms for buying and selling used cars. There,

loyalty, and profitability. I also handled multiple departments and
responsibilities, including buying and selling, operations, and working
capital management.Prior to Spinny I also worked with Corporate
giants Airtel and HCL.

first hire Niraj and I did was for the operations team. From a workforce of 30-35

and finally, we pivoted to a full-stack retail model. I was responsible for driving
profit margins which included handling both buying and selling operations and
was also responsible for stakeholder management like trading partners, and
working capital management.
