• 2 jumping rope per team

Objective of the Game:

series of relay challenges involving a jump rope
Mechanics:
1. Divide the class into equal-sized teams (e.g., 4-6 players per team).
2. Each team forms a line behind a designated starting point.
3. Place a jumping rope at a set distance from each team’s starting point
(e.g., 10 meters).
4. On the instructor’s signal, the first player from each team runs to their
team’s jumping rope, performs Jump Rope: Players use the jump rope for a
3 number of jumps.
, then returns to tag the next player in line.
5. The relay continues until all team members have participated.
6. The first team to have all members complete the challenge wins.
