Complete Plan for Waiting Shed

1. Architectural Plan

- Floor Plan:

- Dimensions: 3m x 2m (standard size)

- Entry: Front opening 2m wide

- Seating: 2 fixed benches, 1.8m long each

- Floor Finish: Non-slip tiles or broom finish concrete

- Elevations:

- Height: 2.5m front, 2.2m rear

- Roof Type: Gable or shed roof

- Materials: Concrete base, steel/timber framing

- Roof Plan:

- Coverage: 3.5m x 2.5m (with 0.25m overhang)

- Roofing: GI sheet or polycarbonate

- Gutter and downspout included

2. Structural Plan

- Footing and Foundation:

- Isolated footing: 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.8m depth

- Reinforcement: 12mm dia rebars, 10mm ties @200mm

- Concrete strength: f'c = 21 MPa

- Column and Beam:

- Columns: 150mm x 150mm CHB with 4-12mm rebars

- Beams: 200mm x 300mm RC tie beams

- Roof Framing: Angle bar or tubular steel
