Act, 2016 (AP Act No. 5 of 2016)

3. G.O.Ms.No.76, MA&UD(M) Dept, dt. 06.06.2023.
4. From the Chairman, CHUDA letter dt.31.05.2022.
5. From the VC, AUDA, Lr.RocNo.27/AUDA, dt.17.09.2022.
6. From the Joint Collector & Vice-Chairperson, ONUDA,
Lr.RoC.No.ONUDA/2022/140, dt:30.11.2024.
7. From the DT&CP., A.P., Mangalagiri, Lr.Roc.No.17/172/2021/PLG/(e-

ORDER
In the reference 2nd read above, orders have been issued authorizing the
Director of Town & Country Planning to issue Technical Approval for all
Development Permissions as per the prevailing rules until further orders in the
newly constituted Urban Development Authorities viz., 1)Eluru Urban Development
Authority (ELUDA), 2) Annamayya Urban Development Authority (ANUDA) now
KADAPA UDA 3) Ongole Urban Development Authority (ONUDA) 4) Chittoor Urban
Development Authority (CHUDA) 5) Palamaneru Kuppam Madanapalle Urban
Development Authority (PKM-UDA) 6) Bobbili Urban Development Authority (BUDA)
and 7) Srikakulam Urban Development Authority (SUDA).
2. In the reference 3rd read above, orders have been issued authorizing the
Director of Town & Country Planning to issue Technical Approval for all
Development Permissions as per the prevailing rules until further orders in the
newly constituted Urban Development Authorities viz., (1) Palnadu Urban
Development Authority (PAUDA), (2) Bapatla Urban Development Authority
(BAUDA) and (3) Amalapuram Urban Development Authority (AMUDA).
3. Government, after examining the proposals received vide references 4th to
6th read above and the report of the Director of Town & Country Planning,
(P.T.O)

Mangalagiri in the reference 7th read above, hereby, decided to withdraw the
G.O.Ms.No.215, MA&UD Dept. dt.19.07.2019 & G.O.Ms.No.76, MA&UD Dept
dt.06.06.2023 with immediate effect so as to enable the following (10) newly
constituted Urban Development Authorities viz., 1)Eluru Urban Development
Authority (ELUDA), 2) Kadapa Urban Development Authority (KUDA) (earlier
Annamayya UDA) 3) Ongole Urban Development Authority (ONUDA) 4) Chittoor
Urban Development Authority (CHUDA) 5) Palamaneru Kuppam Madanapalle Urban
Development Authority (PKM-UDA) 6) Bobbili Urban Development Authority (BUDA)
and 7) Srikakulam Urban Development Authority (SUDA) (8) Palnadu Urban
Development Authority (PAUDA), (9) Bapatla Urban Development Authority
(BAUDA) and (10) Amalapuram Urban Development Authority (AMUDA) to issue
approval for all Development permissions on par with the other UDAs as per the
APMRUDA Act and prevailing Rules.
4. The Director of Town & Country Planning, AP., Mangalagiri shall take further
necessary action in the matter accordingly.
