CHECKLIST FOR ONE PERSON COMPANY FORMATION

BASIC STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS:


1. Only a natural person who is an Indian citizen and resident in India-
• Shall be eligible to Incorporate a One Person Company
• This rule shall also apply to Nominee of such person incorporating OPC
2. A natural person shall not be member of more than 1 One Person Company at any
point of time.
3. No minor shall become Member or Nominee of the OPC.
4. Minimum One Director and maximum 15 Directors-No Body Corporate/Partnership
Firm/HUF can be appointed as Directors.

LIST OF PROOFS REQUIRED


▪ Colour Passport size photo soft copy.
▪ MANDATORY DOCUMENT - PAN Card/Aadhaar Card copy self attested
▪ ID PROOF – Passport / Voter Identity Card / Driving License (self attested)
▪ ADDRESS PROOF - Bank Statement / Utility Bill (not older than 2 months)
