4. Self-Attested Address Proof: Bank Statement / Gas Bill / Electricity Bill /
Telephone / Mobile Bill are containing the Name of the Subscriber / Owner,
as the case may be, not older than two months. (No other documents
other than mentioned above would be accepted) - In case of foreign
nationals ID Proof to be mandatorily notarized and apostilled. Notarized
and/or apostilled copy of passport is mandatory in case of foreign
nationals and Non Resident Indians
5. Copy of MOA and AOA to be Notarized and/or apostilled (we will be
sharing the formats).
6. Details of individual to sign the incorporation documents and to represent
the overseas parent entity. Such individual should be either an
employee/officer/director of foreign parent entity to represent same. Please
share identity and address proofs (as mentioned above) duly self-signed,
notarised and apostilled.
