Job Description:
Your Role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will lead the engagement effort for solution design, development,
and deployment. You will be pivotal to lead your technology track, elicit requirements through workshops,
collaborate with client business and other tracks, problem definition and detailed requirements, lead the
overall solution and guide teams. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best
practices. Define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver Data Migration solutions,
doing so in partnership with other domains.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be trusted partner of the client for the solutions in your track and
use breadth of expertise to solve complex problem and provide solutions in alignment with standards and
processes.
You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium
between the client and offshore. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions
that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
Experience as Data migration lead for SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA rollouts
Expert in all phases of Data Migration -data extraction, Transformation, and data loading
Experience in master data cleansing and coordination
Experience in SAP functional areas at a high level - Logistics and Finance
Strong knowledge in data model, schemas, table structure, data objects for SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA
Flexible to travel within Europe / to France

Preferred
Experience/ working in Manufacturing or Process domain.
Good to know French.
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
Client Interfacing skills along with Team management skills
