Title: The Magic of the Moonlit Garden

Good morning, everyone. I’m Hew Xuan Lin. Today, I am


going to tell you a story. The title is "The Magic of the Moonlit
Garden."

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Lily. Lily loved
flowers, trees, and animals. She had a small garden behind her
house. She liked to water the plants and talk to them.

One night, Lily could not sleep. She looked out of her
window. The moon was big and round. It made the garden shine
like silver. It was quiet, soft, and very beautiful.

Lily wanted to see the garden at night. She walked outside


in her slippers. The air was cool. The sky was full of stars. She
walked slowly between the flowers. Then, she saw something
strange.

A little light flew around the garden. It looked like a star, but
smaller. Lily followed it. The light stopped near a rose bush.
Suddenly, the rose opened, and a tiny fairy came out! The fairy
had shiny wings and a sweet smile. Lily was shocked! “You are a
fairy!” she said.

The fairy giggled. “Yes, my name is Fay,” she said. “This is a


magical garden. At night, it comes alive. But only kind children
can see us.” Lily looked around. She saw more fairies dancing in
the air. The flowers were glowing. The trees were moving gently.
She heard music—soft, happy music.

Lily laughed and danced with the fairies. She felt so happy,
like a dream. But soon, the sky began to change. The moon was
going down. The sun was coming up.

Fay said, “You must go now, Lily. The magic will sleep in the
day. But come back on another moonlit night.” Lily smiled and
said goodbye. She ran back to her room and got into bed. She
closed her eyes with a big smile on her face.
From that day, Lily always waited for full moons. She
believed in fairies. She believed in magic. And she never forgot
the moonlit garden.

Moral of the story: We should love and care for nature. When we
are kind, we can see the beauty and magic around us.
