Before The Examination:
1) Students are informed to check examination timetable on college website.

2) Students should bring the Identity Card and Hall Ticket during the examinations without fail.
Students are not allowed to appear for examination if they do not bring both ID card and hall
ticket.
3) Students will carry their own stationery during the Examination. Sharing of stationery is
STRICTLY not allowed.
4) Do not bring any unauthorised material (e.g. written notes, notes in dictionaries, paper, and
sticky tape eraser).
5) Ensure that you use the washroom before arriving for your exam as you will not be permitted
to leave during the first hour.
6) You are required to answer questions using blue or black ink.
7) Arrive at college campus at least 15 minutes before the exam is due to start.
8) Check Seating arrangement on College Notice Board.
9) Students are expected to come in gentle formal regular dress during the examinations.
In the examination Hall:
1) Students are informed to sit on the bench allotted in seating arrangement during examination
period.
2) Carrying Mobile Phone/Smart Watch/Digital watch( any other Media, Electronic Devices) in
the Examination Hall is strictly Prohibited.
3) Students can keep their bags and books inside the examination hall near the black board.
Students should not keep anything on the window pane.
4) Make sure your mobile phone/Smart watch/ Digital watch is switched off and place it in your
bags at your own risk. College will not take any responsibility regarding this.
5) Once students are seated in the Examination hall for examination they are not expected to
have any sort of communication among themselves. These cases shall be considered as
malpractice.
6) You are informed to wear I-Card and Place your hall ticket on Bench.
7) Student will not be admitted for the examination after 20 minutes of the commencement of
the examination.
8) You are not allowed to leave the examination hall in the first hour and last fifteen minutes.
9) Leaving exam hall for anything like (going for washroom etc) is not permissible except in case
of medical emergency.
10) Student should fill the correct information(seat no, date, subject code subject name, medium
of answer etc.) on the Answer sheet provided by invigilator.
11) Do not write anything on Question Paper( Not a tick also), It will be treated as malpractice.
12) Students are not allowed to scribble on the Question Papers. Scribbling on the Question Paper
is considered as an act of malpractice.
13) Students should verify whether the answer sheet they received does not have any damage
before writing anything on it. If any damage is observed report to the invigilator immediately
before writing anything in it.
14) Exchange (borrowing or lending) of any material/ keeping any copy material during the
examination is not allowed. It will be treated as malpractice.
15) Tie the supplement with thread to the main answer sheet.
16) Leave the exam hall quickly and quietly. Remember to take all your belongings with you.
17) In case of medical emergency if students needs writer , then it will be provided by College
Examination authorities only.
18) Students are not supposed to tear any page from the answer booklet. They may use the last
page in the answer booklet bundle for rough work and strike the contents in the rough work
page afterwards.
19) If the student changes his writing pen during the course of examination he has to get the initial
from the respective invigilator stating “Change of Pen” in the answer script sheet.
20) Students who leave the exam hall before the stipulated time should not make noise on the
verandah and leave the floor immediately.
21) Do not behave in a rude or disobedient manner. Failure to observe the instructions may result
in expelling the candidate instantly and punishing the misconduct of breach of rules by
excluding her / him from any University or College Examination.
22) Write on both sides. Do not write your name on any part of your answer book or disclose your
identity in any other manner. Do not write anything on the question paper.
23) If you suspect that there is some error in the body of the question paper, bring it immediately
to the notice of the Senior Supervisor so as to enable him / her to rectify it after making the
necessary enquiries.
