DESCRIPTION CONSUMPTION
Epo Paint is a bi-component, epoxy-based product, free of solvents, 400-600 g/m2.

MANNER OF APPLICATION
1. Surface TECHNICAL DATA

2. Priming
Working time approximately 60 min at +20oC
Cement- based surfaces should be treated with primer EPOXY PRIMER
W 4000 or with EPO PAINT diluted to 20% water. Maximal temperature for
+8oC
3. Mixing hardening
Components A (resin) and B (hardener) are packed in two separate Trafficable After 24 h at +23oC
packages in s predetermined weight ratio. The entire amount of com-
ponent B is added to component A. The stirring of the two components Following layer After 24 h at +23oC
should continue for about 5 minutes, using a low-speed mixer, with Final solidification after 7 days at +23oC
about 300 rpm. Resistance to consumption < 3000 mg (EN ISO 5470-1)
4. Application - Consumption
PAINT EPO must be applied within 24 hours after applying the primer Adhesive strength ≥ 2.5 N/mm2
and after the primer has dried. EPO PAINT used as it is or diluted up to
5% of weight with water. It is applied with a roller, brush or spraying
