Subject: Termination of Employment and Return of Company Belongings

Dear Smirti,

This is to formally inform you that your employment with Metacorp will come
to an end on 31st December 2024, following the completion of your notice
period. This decision has been made in line with company policies and has
already been communicated to you, orally, 30 days advance.

We kindly request you to ensure the following on 2nd January 2025

1. Return all company-provided belongings, including but not limited to:

• SIM card

• Any other company-issued items or materials

2. Complete any outstanding tasks and ensure a proper handover of
