LABOUR CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This Labour Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date] ("Effective
Date") by and between:
PARTIES
1. M K Nandini Director of Ferco Shutters And Seating Systems Private Limited ("Principal Employer")
GST Ref: 33AADCF9284F1ZJ with its principal place of business at S.No 8/1A2B,2A2 Industrial Shed,
Parivakkam Road, Senneerkuppam, Poonamalle, Chennai -600056.
2. Swami Man Power Supplies run by Mr Chintakayala Prasad (PAN –BCBPC8634G ) ("Contractor")
with its principal place of business at 2-179, Kothapatnam village Rambilli mandal, Anakapalli dist,
Andhra Pradesh-531061 .
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor agrees to provide labour services to the Principal Employer for the following projects:
- Project Name: L&T Project (Navy Site)
- Project Location: Atchuthapuram, Vishakhapatnam.
- Type of Work: Supply of Labours for Installation of Fire & Smoke Curtains
-No. of Person: 3 Fitter, 2 Helper, 1 Driver.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Contract Period: The contract period shall commence on 21-04-2025 and end on 31-07-2025.
2. Labour Supply: The Contractor shall supply the required number of labourers to the Principal
Employer as per the agreed-upon terms.
3. Wages and Benefits: The Principal Employer shall pay wages and benefits to the workers directly
to their account as per the applicable laws and regulations and as mentioned in the annexure.
4. Safety and Welfare: The Principal Employer shall ensure the safety and welfare of the workers
during the contract period.
5. Commission: A Net of 15% will be paid directly to the Contractors account
6. Insurance: The Contractor shall obtain necessary insurance coverage for the workers.
7. Record Keeping: The Contractor shall maintain accurate records and background verification of
workers and other relevant details.
8.Confidentiality: The Contractor must ensure the workers must not disclose the confidentiality of
the Product/Site.
9. Cooperation: The contractor shall cooperate with the Principal Employer in ensuring the smooth
execution of the project.
10. Business Opportunity; The Principal Employer will only get man power from the contractor for
any future projects in and around Visakhapatnam.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 15 days' written notice to the other party.
12.DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through Chennai
Court.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior
discussions, understandings, and agreements.
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
