With reference to the subject mentioned above, I have Honour to
inform you that as your request and oral information / instruction
for giving search and title report in respect of property mentioned
below, I have caused a search and investigated title in respect of
the property mentioned below, the details of which are as under: -

sq mt )property is situated at Mircholi Tal- Karjat, Dist- Raigad
TOWHOMESOEVER THIS MAY ADDRESS
1) That the mutation entry no. 122 indicates that Krushna balu
Jadhav has expired on 17/3/1937 and accordingly name of
his son as legal heir Mr. Dama Krushna Jadhav was
recorded in the revenue record of the said land.
2) That the mutation entry no. 258 indicates that the name of
Nama Amruta Karadkar was recorded as General-Kul
3) That the mutation entry no. 437 indicates that the name of
Nama Amruta Karadkar was deleted and the name of Dama
Krushan Karadkar was recorded in the place of Nama
Amrita Karadkar in revenue record of the said land.
4) That the mutation entry no 753 indicates that the name of
Bhimrao Anantrao Desai was recorded accordingly the
"Will" made by deceased, Dama Krishan Jadav.
5) That the mutation no. 1337 indicates that the name of Nama
Amruta Karadkar was recorded as per the (4 5. HRIV

3-q) execution of mutation no. 640.
6) That the mutation no. 1352 indicates that Nama Amruta
Karadkar was expired on 04/06/1971 and accordingly name
of his legal heirs 1) Laxmibai Namdev Karadkae 2) Hiru
Namdev Karadkar 3) Narayan Namdev Karadkar 4)
Shivram Namdev Karadkar 5). Vimal (Manjula) Datta
Padwal, were recorded in revenue record of the said land.
7) It appears from mutation entry no. 1381 that Mr. Baban
Pandurang Bagade and Mr. Sandesh Arjun Gurav purchased
said land from1) Laxmibai Namdev Karadkae 2) Hiru
Namdev Karadkar 3) Narayan Namdev Karadkar 4)
Shivram Namdev Karadkar 5). Vimal (Manjula) Datta
Padwal (Sale Deed Reg. No. 4798 dated 29/08/2017). And
accordingly, the name of Mr. Baban Pandurang Bagade and
Mr. Sandesh Arjun Gurav were muted to the 7/12 of the said
land as owner of the said land.
8) It appears from the mutation entry no. 1397 that as per the
order of Rivision Application (3HTRI T. 7.Ryafaoa
FHI/0/Rog9, ÍHi 30/3/Ro?9) mutation no 1337

and 1352 were cancelled and the name of Bhimrao
Anantrao Desai was muted in revenue record of the said
land.
CONCLUSION
Based on inspection of index Register, computer search,
land records and documents placed before me. I can say that
there is no mortgage, charge, lien, or any encumbrance on
the properties described in property schedule.
I further say that during inspection of index Registers, as
aforesaid, I did not come across with any entry creating any
right, title, or interest adverse to that of the present owner.
Thus, considering the above stated facts, the title of the
Mr. RAJESH
present owner is clear and marketable further,
MANOHAR RAUT has authority to enter into agreements
with the prospective seller
