DESIGN BRIEF:

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
- A temporary housing solution in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, for 100 construction workers, focusing on comfort, community, and
sustainability.

SITE LOCATION:
- Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, adjacent to Rajapushpa Eterna.

SITE DETAILS:
- Area: 0.6 Acre (2500 SQ.M)
- Occupancy: 25% families (4 members), 75% single occupants

KEY OBJECTIVES: 5M WIDE

- Provide dignified, comfortable living conditions.
- Foster community interaction with shared amenities.
- Ensure sustainability and efficient space utilization.
