On board announcements

EFA Airlines

AIRBUS A320

Dear Cabin Crew:

The voice is the most powerful instrument that the human being has to create
environments and transform perceptions.

You will be the voice of the airlines which you dear students will represent in the future,
call it Avianca, Copa, Latam, Satena, Emirates or the one you wish to choose to enter
thefantastic world of aviation.
This class is a powerful tool that contributes to strengthening its image, captivating the
attention of those who hear them and giving solid support to the security and service
processes onboard aircraft.

This is why I expect a great responsibility from you, not only to read the announcements
but to print to you from your own voice; the warmth and enthusiasm that their future
travelers will expect in all the actions they carry out for the customer.

I am confident in your professionalism and taste for service that translates into impeccable,
warm, and elegant onboard announcements.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

1. ALWAYS smile, even if the flight is delayed or canceled; the gentle tone of your voice will
help to comfort the spirits of those who listen to you.

2. THROW THE GUM, the sound of chewing in the P / A detracts from class and
professionalism.

3. Increase your situational awareness before reading the on-board announcements, this
helps to decrease mistakes.

4. Take a breath before speaking or you will run out of oxygen.

5. Watch your colleagues (Cabin Crew) doing the demonstration while you read it, so you can
guarantee on-board announcements synchronized with their staging...
