Thank you for choosing the Enhanced Driving Institute for your Driver’s Education training. Our classroom course will meet and exceed all State of Minnesota
requirements needed to test for a driver’s permit and begin the behind-the-wheel training program. Successful completion of this program in its entirety will meet all
requirements necessary to test for a Driver’s License when eligible.

Complete Driving Package ($415): The Enhanced Driving Institute agrees to provide 30 hours of driver’s education classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-
the-wheel training (three driving lessons/2 hours each). Driving lessons are set to expire 1 year from the class start date. The full payment for the Complete
Package is due by the last day of classroom instruction. Self-Guided Online Course provides 90-day access at the point of Registration. $50 extension – 30day.

Classroom Only ($240): Enhanced Driving Institute agrees to provide 30 hours of driver’s education classroom instruction. This alone will not make a student
eligible for a blue card at the end of class. The required 6-hour driving package will be available for $255 after the class is over. Driving lesson expiration will be
1 year from the date of purchase. We will provide a letter of completion upon request if you wish to do your driving hours elsewhere.

BTW Only Students: A 2-hour driving lesson is available for $100 or a package of three 2-hour driving lessons are available for $295. Teen students (under 18)
must provide us with a letter of completion from their previous school before we can do driving lessons. Driving lessons are set to expire 1 year from the date of
purchase.

Behind-the-Wheel Instruction: All driving lessons must be scheduled online. Teen students’ driving lessons must be scheduled 30 days apart. Driving lessons are 1-
on-1 with the instructor. Students must have their valid permit to take driving lessons and provide to instructor when asked. Rochester/Byron - Pickups and
Drop-offs at our Rochester campus are free. $10 pickup and $10 drop-off fee is charged for locations within our designated pickup/drop-off zone. PEM, Winona &
La Crescent, all lessons start and end at the High School/Community Ed. Dover Eyota, Chatfield, & Triton meet the instructor at our Rochester EDI Campus unless
otherwise informed.

Missed Driving Lesson Fee: The cost of a late cancellation or “no-show” is $75. This fee is in addition to the package price. Cancellations must be made via
student account and more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. A $75 fee will be assessed to your account under the
following circumstances:
● If less than 48-hour notice of cancellation or if any of the reasons above are observed by instructor.
● If the student does not possess a valid permit when the instructor arrives for the scheduled lesson.
● If the student is not available for the driving lesson at the scheduled appointment time. (The instructor will wait for 10 minutes). Instructors will not call
students that are late as too much time will have passed.
● If the EDI instructor must cut a lesson short for any of the following reasons: safety, inattention, fatigue, not following instructions and irresponsible
behavior.

Agreement Terms: If all classroom and/or driving lessons are not completed within the terms mentioned above, your contract with EDI will be closed with no
refund for the unused training. At the discretion of EDI, within the first 6-months of expiration, we may allow a 6-month extension from date of purchase, for a
$100 extension fee. A $75 extension option is available for students who have completed at least one 2-hour lesson within terms. If the contract is more than 6
months expired, the remaining hours will need to be purchased at the regular lesson rate at the current time. This fee cannot be waived for any circumstances and
all training within 6-month extension fall under these terms.

Refund Policy - Classroom: If requested, EDI will refund all payments made if the request is made prior to 2-weeks before the class session begins. If a refund is
requested within 2-weeks or after the class has already begun, a cancellation fee may be charged ($100 minimum). This is due to the limited seating available.

Refund Policy - Behind-the-Wheel: If a student enrolls in our complete package and later requests a refund for the behind-the-wheel portion of our program, they
are subjected to a 25% cancellation fee of the amount being refunded. This fee covers the cost of necessary account changes, state reporting and letter of
classroom completion. Student’s current contract status will affect refund amount. Non-Complete Package BTW refunds will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Tennessen Notice: The Enhanced Driving Institute must collect personal information from our students for enrollment and completion of our program. This is
required by the State of Minnesota. The Enhanced Driving Institute stores this information using up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer Encryption to keep this
information safe and secure. This information is not accessible or shared with anyone outside our organization unless requir ed by a court order or provided to the
state for auditing purposes.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I acknowledge that participating in driving school activities involves known and unanticipated risks. I understand that such
risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the use of safety equipment, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I expressly accept and assume all of the
risks inherent in this activity. My (or my child's) participation in this activity is purely voluntary. By signing this contract, I agree that if I (or my child) is hurt or their
property is damaged during participation in this activity, I have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against the Enhanced Driving Institute on the basis of any claim of
negligence.
