Dear parents & teachers:

These decodable short stories are aligned with my phonics scope & sequence and
my high frequency word scope & sequence.

I choose every single word very carefully to ensure that my decodables are 100%
decodable if you are following my scope & sequences! This builds confidence for
emerging readers and eliminates the need for memorizing words or guessing.

There are 10 passages with REAL photos. They include CVC words, open syllable
long vowel words, and high frequency words from my scope & sequence.

There are many ways to use these passages!
