Respected Sir/Madam,

I, VIKAS s/o. DATTATRAY JANJIRE, the Petitioner in the


above-mentioned Writ Petition, humbly submits this
application for permission to appear and argue in person.

Reasons for Seeking Permission:

A)​Financial Constraints: Respondents arbitrarily


demolished the petitioner's property which was crucial
source of income and livelihood. The petitioner lost
the source of income. So he is unable to engage and
cannot afford the fees of an Advocate.
B)​Self-Representation Capability: The petitioner is well
versed with the facts and issues of the present matter
and understanding the legal process and has a
sufficient ability to present the case and able to give
necessary assistance to the Court for disposal of the
matter.
C)​The petitioner has a thorough understanding of the
facts and legal issues in this case and is confident in
ability to present this case effectively. The petitioner is
well proficient in the English language that enables
him to understand and argue this matter.
D)​ Other Justification:The issues involved in this case are
straightforward and the petitioner believes that he can
present them effectively without legal representation.

UNDERTAKING:

1.​ The petitioner hereby undertakes to maintain decorum


within the Court premises and will not use any
objectionable or unparliamentary language.
2.​The petitioner understands the importance of adhering to
the rules and procedures of the Court and will strive to
present my case in a clear and concise manner.

PRAYER:

The petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may


be pleased to grant him permission to appear and argue
the above-mentioned Writ Petition in person.
