The best inheritance a parent can give is a few MINUTES of theirs……
Punctuality is the fundamental aspect of student life. Being on time can help the child develop
into a self-disciplined individual.
Kindly note that the school timings are from 8:25 AM to 3:30 PM [Monday to Friday]
On Saturday school timings are from 8:25 AM to 2:30 PM
The school A –Block Front gate will be closed at 8:25 AM.
The school A- Block Back gate and C- Block gate will be closed at 8:40 AM.
No Child will be allowed after 8:40 AM.
Ensure that your ward attends the school in a neat and well-ironed school
uniform and follows the instructions given by the teacher.
Parents should avoid asking permission for late coming or taking the child during the working
hours. SUCH PERMISSIONS WILL NOT BE GRANTED.
Note that your ward will be marked absent if he/she leaves the school during the mid of the
working hours.
If the child is sick please don't send the child to school and ensure timely treatment and
proper rest.
Please ensure that you send lunch boxes along with your ward in the morning itself. School
will not take any responsibility of handing over the lunch boxes to the students, if sent later.
Please cooperate with us for smooth functioning.
Kindly ensure that your ward carries a notebook for their activity classes to make a note of key
learning points to be emphasized on.
Kindly ensure that your ward carries books to the school according to the class time table.
Kindly clear the fee dues if any for smooth functioning of the school.

Please encourage your ward to go through the text book thoroughly for getting a complete grip

Periodic Test -2 examinations are scheduled from 04-01-2023 to 11-01-2023. Kindly prepare
your ward for the same.
It is mandatory for all the students to attend the test and write well.
It is very important for your ward to be –

Have a regular study at home.

Kindly monitor your ward's work daily which includes checking the number of worksheets that
are being completed, checking for student's understanding, and affirming on-task behavior.
Parents can convey their concerns regarding their ward’s performance or any miscellaneous
matter which is hampering the progress of the child to the Class Teacher by communication
pages. School believes in interaction for matters related to academic performance/behavioural
issues to prevent any misunderstanding.
You can meet the principal and teachers during the visiting hours. Meeting the Principal with a
prior appointment will be appreciated.
