EARLY CHILDHOOD
SOCIAL LIFE AND FELLOWSHIP
Our late Peter Waweru has been a socialble individual who interactaed with everyone in humity.
He was a member of Mamlaka Hill Church and later joined ACK St. Pauls Ukunda. He relate with
T he late Peter Waweru was born on the 3rd of Febrauary 1978 as the fifth child of the
family, born of Lucy Mary Nduta and the late mzee Lebo Monje Sigilai of Wareng Ward
Uasin Gishu. He was brother to Moses Mutai, Grace Wanjiru, Margaret Wambui, late Jane
people very well and and he alwas had a profound advice on life that helped and empowered Wanja, Samwel Kimani, Esther Mukami, Irene Muthoni, John Chaina, David Gitau and Janet
countless lives. He dedicated his life to Christ in 2020 Wangechi.
EDUCATION AND CAREER
SICKNESS AND DEMISE He attended Ngoto Primary School, later proceeded to Mangu High School after which he
Our late Mr. Peter Waweru enjoyed good health save for the normal ailments in life. However, in attended Strathmore and KCA University where he did his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). In
2023 he developed chest complications and was treated. In 2024 the complications were back 2010-2012. He worked as a Senior accountant at Batians Peak Nairobi. In 2012-2022 he worked at
and was hospitalized for some days at Diani Beach Hospital. Our dear brother Peter Waweru Triunum Hospitality Limited Nairobi as the group finance manager. In 2022 he joined Neptune
bravely fought for his life until 3rd of Jan 2025 at around 7:30 pm when he peacefully rested. Hotels Diani Ukunda as the financial controller. He was a hard working man with high standards
of work ethic, integrity, loyalty and honesty. He was highly regarded and well respected
individual at work.
“You have fought a good fight and finished the race Peter. In Gods Terrestrial abode you reside
and in our hearts you remain forever. Rest in eternal peace.” FAMILY AND MARRIAGE
“The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord”( job 1:21) Mr. Peter Waweru was married to Patience Mnyika on 26th Dec 2011. They were blessed with
three beautiful children namely; Amon Junior Waweru, Leonard Mnyika Waweru and Zawadi
Nduta Waweru. He was son-in-law to Mr Leonard Mnyika, and the late Jane Mbaire. He was
brother-in-law Teresia Njeri, Mutahi, Mr Thuku, Eric Ochieng, Eunice Muthoni, Gladwel Nduta,
Brian Savo, Rosely Makio and Peter Waweru.
He was cousin and uncle to many.
Our family deeply mourns our dear one that we have always held close for five decades. He was
a loving dad to his children lovely husband to his wife, very supportive, understanding and he
stood with his family. At home we referred to him as Amon. He was an ambitious man who gave
Rest in peace life the best kick.
