Reason of my short call is that you are eligible for some new 2025 additional benefits at no cost to you.

Well this call is regarding annual enrollment 2025 additional benefits that has no cost to you

And my records show you have medicare part A and B? Right?

You are residing in the state of__________? Right?

How old are you?

Do you make your own healthcare decisions? ( If the customer is above 80).

Do you have any state retirement plans like tricare, VA champ?

So here is my supervisor who will provide you 2025 additional benefits at no cost to you, so be with me. I
really appreciate your time and patience.

I understand you asking but as you know the enrollment has just started and all the plans and all the
benefits are upgraded to the next year 2025 so you just have to go ahead and renew your plan to the
next year 2025 at no cost to you.

interested then go ahead otherwise there is no obligation , simply go and check for your benefits, it will

WHAT IS MEDICARE?

Medicare is sponsored by the government for those people who are above 65 and below 85 if
someone is below 65 they must have certain special security disability to get medicare part A and B.
