• Provide support to ERP System users after coordinating with development team in MIS department.
• Ensure ERP support in terms of Remote connectivity. Sites users connect the software remotely with
public and local IP.
• Posting of vendor’s invoices, service providers bills in SAP B1.
• Generate Purchase requests, Purchase orders, GRNs, Inventory postings and goods issuances in SAP B1.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of different IT issues for clients and servers by coordinating with MIS team and

• Excellent knowledge of Connecting and troubleshooting LAN/WLAN issues.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk with a strong emphasis on work instructions to
support subordinates, policy and procedure tracking for effective compliance OF TICKETS.
• Work with vendors/service providers when necessary to troubleshoot issues.

• Remotely/Online connectivity of Attendance Machines ZkTeco UFace 800 at all units/locations.
Pooling/entering data from/to machines remotely.
• Meetings with different vendors, suppliers for IT equipments and regarding new technologies.
• Manage IT procurement.
• Manage Recording Server and DVR/NVR for CCTV Surveillance upto 175 IP/Analog cameras. Make them
online to access them remotely.
• Ensure complete functionality of CCTV cameras at sites by communicating with CCTV operators and the
monitoring equipment at the surveillance center through implementing a periodic maintenance plan with
the support of IT team.
• Coordinate with CCTV staff for day to day CCTV issues to present to higher management to take actions
timely.
• Remote maintenance of hardware, servers, network and desktop infrastructure.
• Evaluate and / or recommend purchase of computers, network hardware and peripheral equipment from
vendors.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement
solutions.
• Install, configure and maintain personal computers, network workstations, file servers, Ethernet networks,
network cabling and related equipment, devices and systems.
• Configure modems, disc devices, CD ROM units, printers and related equipments.
• Assist users in maximizing the use of network and computing systems.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Perform any other work assigned by the Management.
