currently enrolled at Alexander College, British Columbia, where he has
been pursuing his studies. While continuing his education, he received a job
offer from a Canadian company, 15767075 Canada Inc., located at 763
Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, R2W 2N5, for the position of Farm
Worker. Please find attached the Employment Contract, Job Offer, and
Reference Letter from the Employer.

The employer has obtained a Positive Labour Market Impact Assessment


(9455499) for this role, which requires no prior work experience or
educational qualification. However, the Applicant exceeds these
requirements, possessing extensive agricultural experience that makes him
exceptionally suited for this role.

Agricultural Background and Experience

The Applicant, Manik Singh Sidhu, was born and raised in a farming family in
India, where he actively participated in agricultural operations from an early
age. He used to handle all agricultural activities at his family-owned farms,
gaining firsthand experience in modern and traditional farming techniques.
His extensive hands-on experience ensures that he will seamlessly integrate
into this role and positively contribute to the Canadian agricultural workforce.
