To enhance the experience and improve security,
our system provides information about programs
and services from other agencies.

When customer creates a new account, they
must provide a current, active email address.
This email address is critical for completing the
authentication process and is required to
access the system.

Online Portal Additionally, this process will be mandatory
anytime there is a need to reset customer
password by using the self-service option
‘Forgot Your Password’ on the sign in page,
ensuring their account remains secure. (See
page 14 to reset password.)

Report A Change
This features that will only be made available to Applicants that apply for DWSS programs.

Access Nevada will allow Applicants that have linked accounts to report changes to their
household composition, income, resources, expenses or living situation on-line for DWSS
programs, if the account is linked to a case. Changes will be sent to DWSS for further
processing.

Wraparound In Nevada
This is a statewide community-based program in Nevada for Children and Families (WIN). Applicant may access the
Pre-Screener or the intake application process from the ACNV Landing page to see if they are eligible for benefits.
