the above case and crime. The matter has been disposed off
by the Honorable Court of Additional Session Judge IV (South)
Karachi, Judgment dated: 10-Septmber-2021, where accused
were acquitted and surety was discharged and the surety
documents are no more required in the above matter, .

Therefore this honorable court may kindly be pleased to


return Surety Document viz. Suzuki Alto, Bearing Redg: No.
ASS-050, Chassis no. RA410PK562964 & Engine no.
PKR258958 and also issue such redemption letter.
