IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES :-
1. Candidates must paste their recent passport-size photograph in the space provided for the photo on the Admit Card if it is not already shown
on the Admit Card. Candidates without a photograph on the Admit Card will not be allowed in the examination center.
2. Candidates shall report the examination center at given reporting time as mentioned in E Admit Card.
3. Candidate will not be allowed to enter examination premise after gate closure time.
4. Seating arrangement is made available at the center, candidates must reach the respective Examination Hall as per their SEAT NUMBER and acquire the seat
allocated.
5. Candidate is required to compulsorily carry the original government identification proof (Driving license /Aadhar card / Pan card / voting card any of these).
Failing to produce same they may be restricted to enter in examination premises.
6. In case of system related issues student can bring it to notice of Supervisor. They will guide you to get query or issues resolved.
7. Candidates will be instructed by invigilator for login details. They can login into system using those credentials.
8. Candidates are requested not to panic for time taken in resolving queries / issues. They must immediately inform the Invigilator or Supervisor regarding
technical or other issues.
9. Candidates will carry only a SIMPLE BALL POINT PEN into the Exam Hall. Candidates will not be allowed to carry books / mobile / smart watches/Earbuds /
Electronic devices / fancy pens and any other paper material or any electrical gadgets in examination hall. If any such material is found with the candidate,
he/she will be barred from the Examination.
10. No Candidate will be allowed to go out before the end time of examination
11. Candidate has to take care of their belongings which they are carrying at examination center. No authority is responsible for the loss of belongings.
12. Differently abled candidates will be given 20 minutes extra for examination. As per circular published by Mahajyoti on its official website.
13. CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT EXAMINATION IS CONDUCTED IN CCTV SURVIELENCE AND ALL ACTIVITIES OF CANDIADTES DURING
EXAMINATION ARE RECORDED THROUGH CCTV. THIS RECORDING WILL BE CONSIDERED AS VALID EVIDENCE TO INIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST
CANDIDATE FOR ANY TYPE OF MISBEHAVIOUR OR MISCONDUCT BY CANDIDATE DURING EXAMINATION IS OBSERVED..
14. CANDIDATES ARE STRICLTY NOT ALLOWED TO TALK WITH EACH OTHER DURING EXAMINATION. THEY CAN BE EXPELLED FROM EXAMINATION
HALL IF FOUND DOING SO.
15. IF ANY CANDIDATE IS FOUND IN ANY KIND OF MALPRACTICE, or is involved in any activity that directly or indirectly disrupts/disturbs the exam
conducted, or disobeys the discipline and decorum of the exam hall, HE/SHE WILL BE BARRED FROM THE EXAMINATION AND PENAL ACTION WILL BE
INITIATED AGAINST THE CANDIDATE INCLUDING BLACKLISTING AND ACTION FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
16. INVIGILLATORS CAN TAKE ACTION AND REPORT ON IMMEDIATE BASIS DURING THE EXAMINATION TO MAHAJYOTI ABOUT THE MISBEHAVIOUR
/MISCONDUCT /MALPRACTICE BY CANDIADTE AND THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS VALID EVIDENCE FOR ANY PENAL ACTION AGAINST CANDIDATE
WHICH MAY LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION OF CANDIDATE IN ALL FUTURE EXAMINATIONS.
Note : Candidates need to submit admit card by signing declaration to invigilator before leaving examination hall.
