CONCESSION SERVICE POLICY
3.1. Food Service
1. The pantry concessionaire shall not sell liquor, novelties and school supplies.
2. The pantry concessionaire shall ensure that they will maintain the quality, quantity, variety, and
size of serving portions of the food items
3. Food items and its prices shall be approved by the HSE Department. A summary of prices for
the food items shall be visible at all times in the pantry concessionaire area.
4. The pantry concessionaire shall not cook any food items within Qualfon premises.
5. Pantry concessionaire shall supply food servicing utensils and equipment, including
housekeeping materials.
3.2. Housekeeping and Sanitation
1. Pantry Concessionaire shall maintain the cleanliness of the pantry.
2. The pantry concessionaire shall strictly observe proper sanitation and housekeeping in the
pantry.
3. The pantry concessionaire shall assign personnel to perform sanitation and housekeeping in the
pantry and dining area.
4. The pantry concessionaire shall conduct a pantry general cleaning every Sunday around 2:00
pm to 5:00 pm (Local Time).
5. The pantry concessionaire shall provide industrial trash bins for recyclable, biodegradable and
non-biodegradable label and color for proper segregation of garbage prior to disposal.
6. Standards of health, quality, sanitation and storage shall be observed in food preparation,
delivery, sale and implements. Food shelf life and expiration dates shall be properly indicated on
the food served.
7. All cost of interior designs or decorations of the allotted space for food display shall be under the
expense of the pantry concessionaires.
8. The pantry concessionaire shall bear the cost and expense of the pest control services.
3.5. Proper Conduct and Decorum
1. A standard of dress and appearance to all pantry concessionaire’s personnel shall be
prescribed in order to maintain an appearance of tidiness, cleanliness and decency. Personal
hygiene must be observed. As a minimum, the proper dress code for pantry concessionaire
personnel are as follows:
a) Uniform;
b) Pants (not tattered);
c) Closed shoes. Strictly no slippers;
d) Hairnet, mask and gloves as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); and
e) Visitor’s ID issued by Qualfon Philippines Inc.
2. Pantry concessionaire’s personnel shall observe proper conduct and decorum, courtesy and
decent use of languages at all times inside Qualfon premises.
Pantry concessionaires shall conform to this guideline.
