Education of Underprivileged Children

Education is very important for everyone; it helps us to grow, find our purpose in life, and
allows us to view life from different perspectives. Quality education is a fundamental right of
every child, yet millions of children around the globe are deprived of it.

According to the surveys, 37 % of poor rural students are not studying at all due to the lack of
access to schools, and if some schools are accessible, they have less quality of education and
untrained teachers. These children face barriers such as child labour and gender inequality,
and without education, they are trapped in a cycle of poverty and are not able to improve their
living conditions.

Providing education to underprivileged students is necessary to build an equal society. It

empowers them with knowledge, skills, and confidence, which is very essential to not make
them feel separated from society or inequality. Education opens the doors for new
opportunities and improves their quality of life.

Governments, NGOs, and communities must work together to create an accessible education
system. This includes building schools in remote areas and offering free education, uniforms,
study material, and meals.

Technology can also help by bringing education to areas through mobile phones and
computers where schools are far. For this, the government must distribute free tablets, and
NGOs should have a computer lab. The parents must be taught the value of sending children
to school instead of making them work.

When we give these children education, we give them hope for a better life. Every child, no
matter where he belongs, deserves the right to get an education and dream big.
