Dear Parents

Warm Greetings!!

Here are some important points and we request all of you to adhere to them.
 School timings and use of Gate No. - 2
The school arrival timings are 7:40 a.m. for all students. School entrance gate will be
closed at 7:40 a.m. sharp. Therefore, we request you to kindly drop your ward on time to
avoid any kind of inconvenience.
To ensure a smooth and safe pick-up and drop-off process, we kindly request all parents
to use Gate No. 2 for this purpose. We shall appreciate your cooperation in keeping our
students safe and our traffic flow efficient.

 Regarding half day leave


No student will be allowed to take a half day leave. In case of some urgent piece of work
please take full day leave. Half day leave shall be granted only in case of medical
emergency.

 Dress code
It is a gentle reminder that the school dress code applies to students as well as parents
when entering the school campus. We kindly request you to dress up in a respectful and
appropriate manner. This means avoid casual attire such as shorts, night gowns and
pajamas.

 Use of whitener
We request you to ensure that your ward does not use a whitener or carry it to the school
with them. We shall confiscate any whitener that is found to be used by the students.

 Regarding lunch box


The students must carry lunch box in their bags. Kindly avoid sending lunch box during
the school hours as it will not be given to students in any case.

help us to maintain the school discipline.
