Thank you for giving Eafco an opportunity to submit financial and
engineering proposal. We hope this proposal finds you in good
health an Emman. The increasing taxes, charges, and electricity bills
have been a reason for a large proportion of community to shift their
interest to solar system to cut down the extra expenses. Presently in
Pakistan, a consumer is averagely charged with Rs 30-45/unit, which
increases the total amount to approximately Rs 20,000 for using 1.5
ton inverter AC for 12 hours & Non-inverter Deep freezer, fridge &
other small loads for 24 hours. Solar systems can assist in saving a
considerable amount in electricity bills as well as generate your own
electricity, which can be exchanged with WAPDA for further benefit.
We want to save electricity bills and manage your energy resources,
so you always have the highest availability of energy at the lowest
possible cost. With the intelligent solar energy management system,
you can get rid of noisy generators, inefficient UPS and enjoy an
uninterrupted power supply for a whole day.

Terms & Conditions
1 Payment Terms: 80% Advance & 20% upon Completion of unit.
2 Price may vary upon fluctuation in currency exchange rate of
USD/Euro.
3 It is the responsibility of client to provide 3phase input at inverter
locations (For 10KW & above) and single phase input for others.
4 PV module size and make may vary upon availability at the time of
confirmation order.
5 Load balancing & internal wiring to the room will be done from
customer side.
6 Delivery: Within 2 days, after receipt of confirmation against
advance amount. Delivery cost will be from customer side & SR
Energies will not be responsible for any damage to the product
after leaving the shop.
7 The completion period for the entire project will be 1 working day
for smaller systems upto 5kW from the date of receipt of advance
payment.
8 Panels Warranty: 12 years product, 25 years linear performance
warranty & Off & Hybrid Inverter Warranty: 1 Year & Ongrid
Inverter Warranty: 5 years.
9 Validity: Price quoted is valid for 4 days from date of this
document.
10 Customer is responsible to provide the access to the working site.
All the work agreed with Eafco and the customer will only be
done.
11 Zero export device is not included in the package.
12 Transportation cost to be paid by Customer.

Delivery charges are not included in the bill & will be provided by the
customer.
NET METERING: Eafco will assist in net metering process with your
local utility providing company.
Note: This process usually takes upto 3 months.

▪ Average daily unit generated by 1kW: 4 kWh
▪ Average daily unit generated by 15 kW: 60 kWh
▪ Average annually unit generated by 15 kW: 21900 kWh
▪ Unit rate as calculated from bill: PKR 30/kWh
▪ Annual Saving in electricity bill: PKR 657,000/-
▪ Payback Period comes at approximately 3 Years
▪ Increase in electricity bill will result in even lower payback period
