Circular
Date: 16/04/2025
Dear Parents and Students,
This is to inform you that from Thursday, 17th April 2025, all students are expected to attend school in
complete and proper school uniform as per the school's dress code guidelines.
Maintaining uniform discipline is an important part of our school culture and helps promote a sense of unity,
equality, and responsibility among students.
Important Points :
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all school days, including regular classes,
assemblies, and school events (until informed).
Sports uniform must be worn only on designated days (only on those days when there is P.E.
lecture in the timetable).
Neatness and cleanliness of the uniform and appearance should be ensured at all times.
Hairs must be properly oiled, combed and kept tidy at all times.
Boys must maintain a clean haircut; girls must ensure that their hair is neatly tied or styled as per
school norms. Open hairs or single pony is not allowed for girls.
Nails should be trimmed and clean properly. Girls must not apply any kind of fancy nail
extensions or fancy nail polish on their nails.
Students shall not wear any expensive or fancy jewellery or shall not bring any expensive
stationary items in the school.
If a student requires a leave for a longer period of time, parents will have to inform prior to the school

Late arrival to the school will not be allowed after 8 : 05 AM.
Early dispersal is not possible in any situations, except in case of any special leave approved earlier
or medical emergency.
If there is any medical history of your child, inform by mail on principal@knpis.com &

We are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and disciplined learning environment for all students.
In case of any in-disciplinary behaviour, our approach will be as follows :
Teachers will warn and counsel the student up to three times, helping them understand the
importance of appropriate conduct and encouraging improvement.
If there is no visible change in behaviour even after repeated warnings, the school reserves the right
to take strict disciplinary action, which may include suspension for a certain number of days or any
other necessary measure.
We request all parents to reinforce positive behaviour and mutual respect at home, so we can together
nurture responsible and well-mannered individuals. Your support and cooperation in this matter are highly
appreciated.
Thank you.
Best regards,
KNPC.
