-color code 80 (grey);
-color code 46 (dark grey);

• Size 2.0 mm crochet hook Clover;
• 2 glass eyes d. 14 mm (to glue);
• A sewing needle, scissors, pins;

• Wire d. 0.5-0.9 mm (25 cm length);
• A small cut of hard cardboard size 3 cm x 4 cm;

Abbreviations (US crochet terms)
• MR- magic ring.
• CH- a chain stitch.
• SC- single crochet.
• BLO- back loops only.

Head.

Work in grey yarn color, size 2.0 mm crochet hook, work from
top to bottom to crochet the head, stuff tight as you go. Stitch
marker goes strictly through the middle of back part, if you
notice that stitch marker shifts on the right, crochet stitches to
shift. I recommend using a thread marker (a cut of wasted yarn
bright color) to control beginning/end of each round.
1 round: Start 6 sc in a MR (6 sc).
2 round: 6 inc (12 sc).
3 round: (1 sc, inc ) x 6 (18 sc).
4 round: (2 sc, inc ) x 6 (24 sc).
5 round: (3 sc, inc ) x 6 (30 sc).
6 round: (4 sc, inc ) x 6 (36 sc).
7 round: (5 sc, inc ) x 6 (42 sc).
8 round: 42 sc.
9 round: (6 sc, inc ) x 6 (48 sc).

If you use safety eyes, install them as you go in the 16th -17th
rounds with the distance 5 stitches between the eyes. Make
sure that you insert backs of the eyes into felt circles and only

18-20 rounds: 60 sc. (3 rounds).

Body.

Start working in grey yarn color, work from top to bottom to


crochet the body. Stitch marker goes strictly through the middle

14 round: (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12 sc).
15 round: 6 dec, pull the opening closed, cut and fasten the

Now attach black yarn to the middle of back part, now stitch
marker goes through the middle of back (photo 21).
Use a thread marker bright color to mark each round, crochet
stitches to shift if it is necessary. Stuff the work tight as you go.

1 round: From stitch marker on back part crochet 3 sc on one
side then crochet 1 sc where the chain meets with the work,
now crochet 5 sc on the opposite side and crochet 1 sc again
where the chain and the work meet, now crochet 2 remained
sc. As a result, you made 5 sc on one side +1 more sc + 5 sc on
the opposite side +1 more sc = 12 sc in the round.
Change yarn color to grey, cut and fasten off black yarn color,
hide remained yarn tail inside.
2 round: 12 sc into BLO.
3-15 rounds: 12 sc. (13 rounds).
Please note! Inc in the 16th round and dec in the 18th round
must be placed strictly in front.
16 round: 3 sc, (1 sc, inc ) x 3, 3 sc (15 sc).
17 round: 15 sc.
18 round: 3 sc, (1 sc, dec) x 3, 3 sc (12 sc).
19-26 rounds: 12 sc (8 rounds).
27 round: 6 dec, pull the opening closed, cut and fasten off the

1. If you glue the eyes instead of safety ones, glue them first on
felt circles.

head.
2. Step 3 stitches up from the eyes and embroider eyebrows,
grabbing 3 stitches with the distance 6 stitches between the
eyebrows. Use thin black thread to embroider (w. the video
from 00).
3. Use thin black thread to embroider lashes line as pictured to
make the eyes more expressive (w. the video from 00).

4. Step 5 stitches down from the eyes and embroider red


mouth grabbing 5 or 6 stitches (w. the video from 00).
5. Sew the nose on the 17th -18th rounds of the head between
the eyes.

6. Use soft pastel or pink eye shadow to tint the cheeks. Use
fabric marker to draw freckles (w. the video from 00) (photo
