Rounding to two decimal places

NS4.3

Round 8.237 84 to two decimal places.

You must use the first two digits to the right of the decimal point.
8. 237 84
You must also consider the third digit to the right of the decimal point.

Rule:
If the third digit is 5 or bigger, increase the second digit by 1.
If the third digit is smaller than 5, do not change the second digit.

In this example, the third digit after the decimal point is 7. So you need to increase the second digit
(3) by 1, making it 4.
