TECHNOMAK provides Engineering, Procurement and Construction solutions to

Oil & Gas sectors, Refineries, Petrochemical, Power,Water, Aluminium smelters

TECHNOMAK’s comprehensive solution to EPC projects include Civil, Mechanical,
HVAC and E&I works. EPC in Mechancial activities comprises of design, detail

of 13m facilitates load out of extra large structures and modules across the globe.

edge over competitors, especially for the oversized module requirements.

FPSO AND TOP SIDES

TECHNOMAK’s module business involves detailed Engineering, Procurement

and Construction of Top Side modules for FPSO’s (Floating Production Storage
and Offloading Vessels) and F-LNG (Floating Liquified Natural gas).
The Top Side module typically consists of specialized process and control
equipment such as Separators, Heat Exchangers, Coolers, Pumps, Electrical
Equipment, Process Piping, Control Valves and Control Panels which are
installed on steel structural frames and connected as per the lay out drawings
of the specific FPSO and F-LNG. Other Top Side modules include Power
Generation module and Accommodation module. When installed, the Top Side
modules would enable a FPSO to function as designed, mainly to process, store
and offload hydrocarbons in an offshore environment.

TECHNOMAK is ASME ’U’, ‘PP’, ‘S’ and National Board ‘R’ certified for
manufacturing and repairing Pressure Vessels and Boilers. TECHNOMAK have
covered shed with EOT, equipped with rolling machine of 100mm capacity and
weld overlay machines for cladding.
TECHNOMAK’s engineering team develops Vessel design on PV Elite as per ASME
section VIII div 1 and its QC team is well versed with ASME codes and PD5500.
TECHNOMAK manufactures all kinds of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers
(CS, SS, DSS, SDSS, and Cladded).
