ULTRASOUND OF WHOLE ABDOMEN
Liver: Normal in size,shape & position.no focal/diffuse lesion seen.hepatic veins,portal veins
appear normal.coman bile duct appears normal.no IHBR dilation seen.
Gall Bladder: Normal seen in size &no wall thickness. No sludge, calculus and intraluminal solid / cystic
lesion seen.
C.B.D & P.V : Normal seen in caliber.No calculus seen in visualized part of c.b.d.portal veins is normal in
diameter
Pancreas: Normal in shape, size echotexture.duct appears normal.no calculus or calcification
seen.no solid or cystic lesion seen.
Spleen: Normal in shape, size echo pattern.no focal lesion seen.hilum appears normal
Rt Kidney: Normal in shape, size, and position. The pelvicalyceal system is not dilated. No calculus
and
solid / cystic lesion are seen.
Lt Kidney Normal in shape, size, and position. The pelvicalyceal system is dilated 
Hydronephrosis , Multiple tiny concertion are seen (largest 1.3 mm).
RT Ureter: visible upper end of Ureter shows no dilatation
Lt Ureter: visible upper end of Ureter shows no dilatation
Bladder: partially filled with normal wall thickness. No mass/calculus seen.
Uterus: Anverted & Normal seen in size measures 77 x34 x 37 mm. Endometrial cavity appears in
midline and normal.mymetrium appears homogenous. No mass seen. Cervix is normal.
Ovaries: The Rt. Ovary is increase in size. No obvious mass or collection is seen.
The Lt. Ovary is normal seen in size. No obvious mass or collection is seen.
B/L Ovary show multiple small follicles arranged peripherally,there's an increased
echogenicity of the ovarian stroma, and higher intraovarian stromal blood flow.
CUL –DE-SAC – No fluid seen in cul – de- sac .
Others: Bowel loops Are Dilated .No evidence of ascites / pleural effusion / lymphadenopathy.
Aorta and IVC are normal.

IMPRESSION ==[1]B/L POLY CYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME


[2] LEFT RENAL CANCULI WITH HYDRONEPHROSIS;
[3] GASTRITISIS

ADV: & further Evaluation are also suggestive.
