Identify 3 recent innovations or discoveries in construction and discuss its
significance in the construction industry.
1. LitePanel
     The significance of lite panel is to lessen the construction cost over time and
lessen its construction time. The lite panel is made of aerated concrete core
sandwiched between two calcium silicate boards. With this it provides the
structure strength, insulation and have fire resistance able to withstand for up to
2 hours, It is much lighter in about 30 percent of any traditional walling
materials. Furthermore, it has quick installation and eco-friendly.

2. Liteblock
       Liteblock is similar to Litepanel but differs in size, Liteblock is a
lightweight concrete used primarly in construction. It has a properties of a
ordinary hollow blocks but have better insulation, which is cost effective than
ordinary hollow block and faster installation. Due to its light properties it easier
to handle, transport and install to any construction such as residential buildings.

3. 3d Printing Construction
       As 3d technology is now widely used, industries are now adopting its
potential on construction. With flexibility on designs and cost reduction it helps
to reduced labor requirement. Having able to construct using 3d concrete
printing it provides many opportunities and have numerous possible application
in the construction industry.
