Saving:
      Autosave has been removed, it's replaced by 'save everywhere' script
      Type 'POP' anytime, anywhere, to open the save menu
      It will not refill your health or advance time unless you reload the save
      ! NEVER SAVE next to the export/import ship and next to the blackboard
      ! This can corrupt your save file and it will be gone forever
Notes:
      You can now find notes all around the map:
            They can provide important information about missions and features
            You can pick them up multiple times, they always respawn
            Numerous notes can be found, they are quite easy to spot
Infos:
      Extra information pickups exist to inform the player useful mechanics
      They work like normal info pickups but they never stop CJ's movement
Wrench:
      New melee weapon that can be used to repair car engines
      Smash a car engine with a wrench to repair it, the chassis takes damage
      Does not work on any vehicle that has a marker or more than 75% health
Police anger:
      Excessive honking angers the police and increases your wanted level
      Happens only if you have less than a 2 stars wanted level
Limited ammo:
      You get informed if you carry too much ammo for a weapon
      The surplus will be dropped and lost (when you switch weapons)
      Your maximal ammo can be increased by doing Firefighter side mission
Girlfriends:
      You don't need girlfriends to keep weapons after being busted or wasted
      Instead, you have to do Vigilante and Paramedic, respectively
Dangerfire:
      If you hold explosives next to fire you will get a notification
      Fixed a rare potential softlock with this feature
      This handicap can be negated by doing Firefighter side mission
Pizza delivery feature:
      This feature is unlocked after the mission 'Ryder'
      You can now order pizza anywhere, anytime, even during missions
      The delivery guy drives to the closest road and waits there
      Price is 20$, pizza gives 50 points of health and some fat
Dumpster diving feature:
      This feature is unlocked when you start the game
      You can now search open dumpsters to find items, weapons and cash
      There is a small marker in front of them so you can easily spot them
      Weight for each item:
            Nothing, beer, certain weapons (1/16)
            Pizza, Sooth bottle (2/16)
              Cash 5$ - 20$ - 50$ (3/16)
              Weapons: pistol, tec-9, sawn-off, sniper, grenade, spraycan, vibrator
        Country side:
              Pistol is replaced by Desert Eagle
              Tec-9 is replaced by a country rifle
Extra music feature:
      IMPORTANT: this feature is off if radio level is set to 0, if you want to
                     hear the new tracks, radio needs to be at level 1 or more
      Some vehicles / interiors have music linked to them
      Getting in specific vehicles / interiors triggers the music
      You can turn it off by using "PREVIOUS RADIO" button (default MWDOWN)
      Music can be put back on by using "NEXT RADIO" button (default MWUP)
      ^ Those 2 abilities do not show if there is no radio volume
Pickups:
      Sooth bottle: drug that increases maximal health and stamina
      Grin: drug that replaces the adrenaline pills
Offload feature:
      This feature is unlocked after the mission 'Nines and AK's'
      You can now offload heavy weapons and throwables at Emmet's for cash
      Every weapon has a different price, a note gives details about prices
Outfits:
      Outfits with unique abilities display a message explaining them
      Outfits without abilities will display a default message
NPCs:
        + armyd: desert variant of 'army' (soldier)
        + Special soldier:
              Soldier with glasses and a reinforced helmet
              When present in missions, those cannot be headshot
              There is a desert variant, just like the normal soldier
        Strong heads, variants of NPCs with head protection:
              + shdrug: bmydrug with a TV
              + shball: ballas1 with a microwave
              + shmech: wmymech with a traffic cone
              + shdnb: dnb1 with a cooking pan
              + shvmaf: vmaff2 with a pasta cooking pan
        Corporate Homie 2 has been improved a bit
        + New secret NPC: ???
Gangs:
      Vagos and Ballas on the streets only carry melee weapons, SMGs and pistols
      After the mission 'Reuniting the Families' they can spawn with AK-47s
Weapons:
      Some models have been slightly improved
      Assault rifles drop half of the usual ammo drop
      + Micro Uzi Mark 2:
            New variant of the Micro Uzi, with a black texture and reflections
            Does a bit more damage and has extra range than the original gun
      + Tec-9 Mark 2:
            Same characteristics as the Micro Uzi Mark 2, with a slight difference
      Vibrators have been replaced by tools (wrench and green goo)
      + Wrench:
            Can be used to repair cars by smashing the engine of a car
            There is a wrench in every part of the map, placed in obvious spots
     + Green goo:
           Your health regenerates much faster when you hold this item in hands
           One of those spawns at the airfield after the mission 'Green Goo'
Vehicles:
      + Idaho:
            Model from Vice City, model has been remade to fit SA style
            Can be driven by criminals and be found in rural areas
      + Kuruma:
            Model from GTA III, model has been remade to fit SA style
            Can be found in business and workers areas
      + Hurricane:
            Toy version of Hydra, behaves like a normal plane
            Can drop bombs that you can detonate on command with the horn
            Currently unobtainable, needs a lot more testing / refining
      + Ocelot:
            Infernus from GTA III, remade to fit SA style, has a new name
            Can be found 'somewhere' (secret)
      + Formule-R:
            F1 car, mid-specs and small sized model with 2 colors
            Can be found as replacement of the 'NRG Challenge'
      + Formule-A and S:
            F1 cars, high-specs and real life sized models, A model is faster
            A model has 'Sprunk Diet' decal, S model has 'Sprunk' decal
            Both models can be found during certain races
      + Big Bandit:
            Large version of the bandit, similar to the Kart but much faster
            Can be found as replacement of the 'BMX Challenge'
      + Legend:
            New exotic car mainly inspired by a Saleen S7
            Can be found in rich areas, mainly in Las Venturas
      + UFO Starship:
            It's a starship, made by aliens, for aliens (probably)
            It has a special weapon system that can be triggered on command
      + Merith, Special Sanchez and Special Clover:
            Mission vehicles that are very similar to their original counterparts
            They are either used when or to start certain missions
      Stargazer has been remodeled completely, based off the Legend
      Sabre Turbo and Ganja Racer have new models
      Some vehicle models have been completely remade to fit SA style:
            Banshee Retro, Deluxo, Infernus Retro, Stinger
      Some vehicle models got visual improvements and extra details (SA style)
      Blista Rally:
            Top speed has been slightly decreased
            Model has been greatly improved
      Car modding:
            III and Vice City vehicles can now have basic tuning parts
            Some wheels have been reworked to look much nicer
Personal vehicles:
      You get a notification with money spent when you call one
      If you don't have enough cash you will be informed
      Toreno's car:
            It's now a blue Sultan with a full bodykit and custom wheels
            Health has been tweaked, the car is fully bulletproof
Fast traveling:
      Notification showing the taxi side-mission does not appear anymore
      Camera has been fixed, right orientation view at arrival
     Mount Chiliad fare:
           Every time you use it, a Special Sanchez will spawn at arrival
           This has been added in case the Sanchez for Chiliad Challenge despawns
     You can now use this feature even during missions
Random events:
      All random events have their texts in .txt files, they can be translated
      Slight improvements for some of the random events
Police Units:
      Police units now display a message when they appear
      Some police units have a special 'police' marker type on them
Drug dealers: they have between 200$ and 500$ instead of the usual 2000$
Rare spawns: temporarily removed, could sometimes causes performance issues
Side Missions:
      BMX Challenge:
            Has been replaced by 'Micromachine'
            A note is present at the 'BMX Challenge' original spot for help
            This challenge is done in Las Venturas, with the Big Bandit
            A special track plays during this challenge (based off radio level)
      NRG Challenge:
            Has been replaced by 'Airport Terminal'
            A note is present at the 'NRG Challenge' original spot for help
            This challenge is done in the San Fierro Airport, with the Formule-R
            A special track plays during this challenge (based off radio level)
      -> Timing is different than usual, both vehicles have unlimited nitro
      Driving School:
            City Slicking:
                  Super-GT has been replaced by the Formule-S
                  Traffic density has been greatly decreased during this challenge
                  Markers are larger and make a noise when you hit them
                  New times to beat: Gold 1:05 - Silver 1:10 - Bronze 1:15
                  A special track plays during this part (based off radio level)
            Rewards have been modified:
                  Hotknife has been replaced by the Formule-S
                  Bullet has been replaced by the Legend
                  Super-GT has been replaced by the Blista Compact
      Chiliad challenges:
            A bike will be force-spawned when you fast travel to Mount Chiliad
            They have to be done with a 'Special Sanchez', that is provided
            You need less bike skill to start those (200 now, was 300)
            Markers are more generous (especially for the 'Cobra Run' course)
            A special track plays for each challenge (based off radio level)
            Cobra Run:
                  Other participants are much more difficult to beat
                  You can hit the markers from the side (Sanchez can't hop)
      Stadiums:
            A special track plays for each stadium (based off radio level)
            You get 10000$ for each stadium event completed
      8-Track:
            All the cars have truly randomized colors and different models
            Other participants can have damaged cars and can be destroyed
            Other participants rarely flip and don't go as fast
      Dirt Track:
            All the cars have truly randomized colors
            Other participants are more aggressive
     Kickstart: clowns are immune to any kind of damage, their vehicles too
     Blood Ring: if you get out or too high in the stadium, your car explodes
     Races:
           You get disqualified if you fire any weapon during a race
           All the land races now have different themes (names & vehicles)
           Traffic density is much lower during any sort of race
           Every race has been adjusted concerning speed and handling (opponents)
           All the opponents have truly randomized colors
           You get 2000$ instead of 10000$ for each of the land races
     Paramedic:
           Finishing 10 levels grants you 20% extra maximal health
           You get to keep all your weapons after being wasted (Katie's perk)
           This mission can be done multiple times to get extra maximal health
     Vigilante:
           Finishing 10 levels grants you 25% extra maximal armor
           You get to keep all your weapons after being busted (Barbaras's perk)
     Firefighter:
           Finishing 10 levels does not make you fireproof, it's replaced by:
           1 - You can carry more explosives at once in your inventory
           2 - Explosives do not explode in your hands when you are burning

Missions:
      ===== Los Santos =====
      Big Smoke:
            You don't have to use the BMX, you can pick any vehicle
            You drive Ryder to Grove Street, yes you do it yourself
            Driving straight to Grove Street in the 2nd part is now feasible
            There is a very short cutscene showing Ryder leaving his BMX
            A pistol spawns during the mission, in a very obvious spot
            The car used to drive Ryder becomes a fixed spawn in Grove Street
      Ryder:
            Added a cutscene explaining the pizza delivery feature
            Once the mission is passed you can order pizza anytime anywhere
      Tagging Up Turf:
            Short introduction about special enemies
            Short cutscene explains the personal vehicle feature
            You get a free personal vehicle once the mission is over
      Cleaning The Hood:
            The first dealer has a car (Idaho) that you can use to progress
            There is a notification about the dumpster diving feature
      Nines and AK's: added a cutscene explaining the offload weapons feature
      OG Loc:
            Freddy does not carry a sawn-off, a tec-9 instead
            There is a passenger on the PCJ with sawn-off that has low accuracy
            You can kill him early, he has low health and low attack range
            Getting too close from the bike is a death sentence though
      Drive-By:
            You get a 3 stars wanted level instead of 4
            It's easy to spot the Vice Squad since they are marked on the radar
      High Stakes, Low Rider:
            You don't need a lowrider to start the mission, even is Cesar says so
            Opponents have different cars, colors and top speed than usual
            There is a new twist to the mission, for the player
      Life's A Beach: PCJ-600 spawns when you deliver the sounds van
      Wrong Side Of The Tracks:
            One Vagos will switch weapons depending if you are driving or not
      Something useful is obtainable alongside the train tracks
      Big Smoke accuracy can be influenced by how you ride the Sanchez
      His accuracy is 30% at lowest, 95% at best (when the bar is full)
      Turning strongly or getting air time will decrease accuracy
House Party:
      There is a short cutscene showing what's about to happen
      Ballas drivers behave differently, they are more predictable
Robbing Uncle Sam:
      Some soldiers are 'different', some cannot be dismembered
      One Patriot is now a BF-400, both vehicles have new properties
      Following vehicles stop chasing you if their drivers are killed
Gray Imports:
      Some enemies have different properties and behavior
      Conditions to trigger the dealer to run away have been changed
Doberman:
      You need to get rid of all the Ballas in the car to finish the mission
      Passengers now leave the car if you manage to steal it
Los Sepulcros:
      Most of the mission has been heavily modified (no spoilers)
      CJ gets out of the car when you reach the cemetery
      Admiral has been replaced by a Baller with special properties
      You lose your wanted level when close enough from Grove Street
The Green Sabre:
      All the Ballas vehicles are now Ballers, with slightly more speed
      Sweet's health decreases consistently and faster than usual
===== Badlands =====
Badlands:
      The first marker is much easier to trigger so you cannot miss it
      All the FBI agents have M4, no more Spas, they all have armor too
      The snitch is much harder to waste if you don't get him early
      FBI agents and snitch are much more susceptible to spot CJ from afar
      If the snitch escapes, one FBI agent climbs on the roof of the car
Body Harvest:
      1st part of the mission has been heavily modified (no spoilers)
      You obtain a heavy rifle every time you start the mission
      Farmers on tractors drive a bit slower and can be avoided
      The rednecks are more predictable and drive much better
      A car spawns in front of the motel when you start the mission
Wu Zi Mu: all the opponents have different cars and properties
Farewell My Love: Same as 'Wu Zi Mu' + Catalina is now in the right car
===== San Fierro =====
Wear Flowers In Your Hair:
      The car smells funny...
      No more damaged car, no more Landstalker, something faster instead
      You get the car used during the mission once you finish it
555 We Tip:
      There are some guards in the parking, you have to watch out for them
      Any hostility while being close from guards will fail the mission
      Timer has been increased by 5 seconds to make up with the new car
      The Merit has a new handling model and weight (Merith)
      Custom track from GTA III plays when inside the new Merit
Jizzy:
      Micro Uzi spawns next to the Broadway when you start the mission
      Second girl is located in another spot, one enemy has Micro Uzi
      You can't shoot the enemies in the bus, you have to destroy the bus
      The bus is not immune to anything, but now has a load of health
      Armored vehicle has normal health, but is fully bulletproof
      Passenger of the armored vehicle attacks only when alerted, not before
      There is now a health bar concerning the bus current health
T-Bone Mendez: Banshee Retro and uzi spawn when you start the mission
Outrider:
      There is a twist to the mission, making it harder if you are careless
      It's possible to not get spotted by snipers if you headshot them
      The van is 20-30% faster on average than normal
Pier 69:
      2nd part of the mission has been heavily modified (no spoilers)
      If your 'friend' survives, you get back to land with a free bike
      It's no longer possible to snipe Ryder nor waste him early
      You don't have to swim, you get a jumpcut onto your boat
      If you fail the mission you get teleported back to Pier 69
Amphibious Assault: FCR-900 spawns when you complete the mission
Toreno's Last Flight:
      Adjusted heli's health to be more accurate
      It's no longer possible to get the early rocket launcher kill
The Da Nang Thang:
      Recognition helicopter is less of a problem when you reach the ship
      That helicopter now hovers around the center of the ship
      Destroying the helicopter has influence over the end of the mission
      Killing Da Nangs on the helicopter has influence over the 2nd part
      You can finish the mission with a Dinghy, or the Maverick
Yay Ka Boom Boom:
      You need to find a new way to open the gates at the factory
      Most enemies have MP5 and pistols instead of micro-uzi
      Destroying forklifts can provide some sort of advantage
      Bomb timer is much shorter, enemies will not easily let you out
      Changed the placement and behavior of most enemies
===== Desert =====
Interdiction:
      Large ambush by the feds
      Your maximal wanted level increases at the second half of the mission
      Extra helicopter and blockade have been removed (replaced by ambush)
Black Project:
      You no longer have to get a jetpack, but it does carry a jetpack
      Some enemies are stronger, the third part of the mission is different
      Some enemies have been tweaked, they all have a desert skin
      Custom track plays when you are around Area 69, based off distance
Green Goo:
      Jetpack is not forced, but is provided if you want to use it anyway
      You can pick a jetpack, a starship or a car, they are all provided
      Some enemies have been tweaked, they all have a desert skin
===== Las Venturas =====
Misappropriation: Ocelot spawns next to you when you start the mission
Fender Ketchup:
      Fixed a softlock that happened if you bail the car while it's on fire
      Changed the conditions to scare Johnny, handbrake doesn't work anymore
      After a while, some stunt locations appear on the map
Explosive Situation:
      Familiar character, is that a construction worker?
      New twist to the mission, weekend soldiers have been replaced
You've Had Your Chips:
      1st part of the mission has been heavily modified (no spoilers)
      Guards will always be alerted, no matter how you reach the factory
      You need to kill all the enemies in the factory to be able to leave
      Police comes after you when you leave
Freefall:
      Salvatore prepared some gear that you can decide to pick or not
      Taking the gear makes the mission much more fair
      If you have the automatic pistol, it will be used while in the plane
Saint Mark's Bistro:
      A car spawns next to you after Paul and Maccer leave
      You now need to kill every of Marco's guards to be able to leave
      Some enemies are tougher, some are a bit less aggressive
      Custom track from Yakuza 0 plays during that mission
Madd Dogg:
      Not getting rid of the Walton's owner can have a consequence
      Paparazzi all have cameras, they are more aggressive and faster
      One Faggio has been replaced by a BF-400
      Getting out of the truck and killing the paparazzi calls for police
Up, Up And Away!:
      Woozie prepared exactly what you need for this mission
      Some enemies have been tweaked, they all have a desert skin
===== RTLS =====
A Home In The Hills:
      Vagos on the roof stop spawning once the Triads have arrived
      Some friend comes to deliver little surprises for you
      When you enter the mansion, CJ is put in a covered spot
      Triads can tank more damage, they are more effective as protection
Home Coming:
      A tutorial about gang pacts is shown at the end of the mission
      It explains, shows and unlocks the gang pacts feature
Beat Down on B-Dup:
      Short cutscene showing the backup coming in cars
      You have a bit more time before the backup reaches you
      Some Ballas and some cars have been slightly modified
Riot: you drive, brother
End Of The Line:
      Helicopter hovering next to the fortress has been replaced
      Ballas tank is much more aggressive and can blow you up by colliding
      All 3 parts have been modified and balanced even more
      No checkpoint until part 3, enjoy!
      Credits can be skipped after 10 seconds instead of minutes
==== To note =====
Some missions are not mentionned, but have been modified:
      - Some enemies accuracy has been slightly adjusted
      - Most enemies have 70% - 80% accuracy with automatic weapons
      - Pretty much all enemies with shotguns have 50% accuracy
      - Only enemies with higher accuracy are the ones with sniper rifles
      - Non headshot-able enemies are a very small minority
Shotguns are unfair!
      Their damage and accuracy have been decreased, spread increased
      They only do insane damage if you get intimate with enemies
      Shotguns don't knock you on the floor (unlike Vice City or GTA 3)
      Most enemies (if not all) with shotguns, can be spotted from afar
All enemies have 100% accuracy!
      Wrong, since version 1.0 of the challenge they had 70-85% accuracy
      Only exception are sniper rifles, which are very rare (85-95% acc.)
      When you play a videogame with guns, keep your distances maybe?
      The player always has a better range than any enemy
Rocket Launchers are too OP!
      Missiles are scary, but predictable and easy to avoid (esp. on foot)
Cars are too weak!
           Yes, exotic and shitty cars are weaker than normal
           You can figure out that trucks and muscle cars are much stronger
           It's all intended so you have to be mindful with car selection

QoL:
      Sounds for some planes are now much quieter
      Removed blur effect when driving thanks to the sa-blur plugin
      Police units have a base cooldown so they respawn more consistently
      Custom pickups visibility distance has been greatly increased
Fixes:
      Fixed model loading in some missions
      Added events are much less likely to cause game instability
      Most features can now be used even if the game is not in English only
      All features informations can now easily be translated in other languages
      Fixed some planes being locked when they should not
      Low tier planes and Sparrows will be unlocked at all times
      Traffic has been adjusted to greatly reduce chances of crashes
      Some car animations have been adjusted / fixed
