STEP 1: FOREIGN EXPRESS TRUST & TITLE OF NOBILITY NAME CREATION
First determine when you would like your Foreign Express Trust to exist. Ask yourself if are you
employed only? If so, then it may be best to create the Express Trust date going back 7 years to cover
all tax filings as an employee if there were any mistakes or if you have not filed in a long time. Some
have chosen to go back to their 18th birthday. If you have chosen this option, you must notate that the
express trust began i.e., 02/03/1982 “AS AN IMPLIED TRUST” and now further detailed “AS AN
EXPRESS TRUST” on 02/10/2023. Ask yourself if you are self-employed? The start date can go back 7
years as well or the same day the existing LLC or Corporation will be amended to reflect that the
Express Trust is a Sole Member of the LLC or Main Shareholder of the Corporation. When it comes to

Trademark, Copyright and Royalty Payment at the end of the year, which means either entity can file

belong to the Trust and therefore owes a royalty payment dollar for dollar to the Trust, settling all
current alleged tax liability before your unique process began. We will get into this much later but
after your trust packet is complete you will no longer be required to file taxes; however, you may want
to, to reclaim the taxes, fines, and fees you have spent throughout the taxable year. Now please be

Find your Foreign Express Trust Name? Pick something of high importance with meaning. Law Teacher
is a great source to find unique names. In our example, we will use De Novo Express Trust (meaning
Starting afresh) and this will be for an employee of 12 years in the work field, named Thomas A.
Anderson.
Select a foreign country to establish the whereabouts of the trust with the Internal Revenue Service.
In this example we will choose Ireland, as this is one of the top English-speaking countries outside of
the United States. See University Sheffield to select your country. Then search for any commercial
property that is available for sale in that country and use its address. For this example, it will be 6
Northbrook Road, Ranelagh, Dublin D06 IRELAND. NOTE: Foreign country for the trust does not
have to be a “non-Hague Convention Country. It can be any country outside the U.S., Canada and its
territories!!!
Select a separate U.S. Mailing Address to receive correspondence from the IRS, and all other local

Select your Title of Nobility Name and Nationality. Please search in google Titles of Nobility on
Wikipedia if you don’t already know your family heritage or where your family is from as far as land
mass. For our example, let’s say the employee, Thomas Anderson has been referred to as a Caucasian
Male all his life, detailed on all forms of identification, which was started by Walter Plecker, whereas
his family is from Germany but his parents including himself was born in the United States of America.
In this case, Thomas Anderson was born in the city of Pasadena, in the county of Los Angeles, in the
State of California and chooses to reflect Germany titles. Thomas likes the phrase Count, meaning
landowner of county lines and that Edler, which means a noble gentleman. So therefore, Mr.
Anderson’s new name to be reflected in the private would-be Thomas Edler, The Graf of Los Angeles.
Now this will be stated on all forms of identification such as Passport and State Driver License;
however, when it comes to an actual Name Change Decree or status correction with the Passport, the
name would be as such: I, Thomas Edler, The Graf of Los Angeles, formally known as Thomas A.

DETERMINE THE U.S. COURT / U.S. CONTROL JURISDICTION OF YOUR TRUST!!! This is extremely
critical. You must establish a proper relationship with a Foreign Trustee who does not a valid U.S. State
license or State I.D. or U.S. Passport or Green Card. They can only have a touring, student or business
VISA. If you do not have this separate person, you may provide an application to obtain one of our
foreign trustees to be a part of your Irrevocable Express Trust Organization for a 25-year term. We will
provide you with a Hold Harmless Agreement, their e-signature and their foreign passport
information, not to be confused with a copy image of their passport, unless you have an actual court
case, where the foreign trustee passport is needed to prove foreign immunity in your case. ***If this
is not an option for you at this time, then please use your Title of Nobility Name as a place holder for

does not exist in any court record with the United States. However, it is associated with the former
name once a name change court decree is issued, reflecting a U.S. Citizen connection and therefore,
your nobility’s name cannot truly be foreign, but it can separate itself from taking on the benefits and
