Every one expect feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction from their work where they spend grate amount
of their time . How others view and appreciate work we do , our contribution to society and be realistic
in our goals are some of the important contributing factors.
We need to feel valuable at the workplace for us to be happy. This why some workplaces include routine
programs to appraise the staff. This could be the recognition as the employer of the month or a physical
gifts or remuneration to appreciate their work. These actions result in positive working environment
which in turn leads to employee motivation and wellbeing.
knowing our contribution leads to betterment of the society in an important aspect. Sonner we see the
result of our doing the better we feel about it. While we can see this with certain professions like
doctors, in other jobs the result is more remote and indirect. To see how the table is used carpenter
