A good desin do not need written instruction and should follow the idea of 10

principles of good desgin made by Dieter Rams. However, the feature of the
washing machine’s knob make difficulties to the user by causing confusion between
two choices. In my opinion, using the button with advanced technology instead of
knob can come with many benefits not only for the customer’s experience but also
for the business’s branding. Therefore, it also allow the users lower their
misunderstanding about how to choose the right function properly and enhance
their satisfactions. Moreover, the company can cut down on lengthy instructions
due to using the washing machine’s button which can meet their buyer’s need.
