LAGUNA, do hereby name, constitute and appoint GREGO DUMAGAN
MINOZA, of legal age, Filipino with residence at CABILES COMPOUND,
TELAJE, TANDAG CITY, SURIGAO DEL SUR, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact and in my name, place and stead, do and perform the
following specific acts:
To negotiate and transact with private and government offices, particularly the
Bureau of Internal Revenue, Assessor's Office, Register of Deeds with respect to
the Extra Judicial Settlement of the Estate of SEGUNDINA DUMAGAN
MINOZA and transfer of the property located in Mabahin???, covered by Tax
Declaration no: ??? and Title Certificate no: ????? with the Registry of Deeds
Tandag City???;
To execute and sign in my behalf any forms necessary for the registration of the
transfer of property and any similar document in relation to the settlement of estate
and transfer of the property herein mentioned;
To transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue Office (B.I.R) and other
government and private offices in relation to the settlement of estate tax, document
stamp taxes, transfer registration and other fees related to the above-mentioned
property;
To process and claim the updated tax declaration and tax clearance of the
aforementioned property with the City Assessor's Office of Tandag City.
To process the Transfer of Ownership in Registry of Deeds, Assessor's office and
any government and private office;
To acquire and process any documents in my behalf pertaining to the
aforementioned.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact or his
substitute full power and authority to do and perform every lawful act and thing
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as we ought or could lawfully do if personally present, and
hereby ratifying and conforming all my said Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
