INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES FOR THE ENTRANCE TEST IN CBT MODE (Read carefully).
1. The Admit Card is provisional and as per the information provided by the applicant during application process. It is subjected to
fulfilment of the eligibility conditions as given in the Prospectus.
2. Candidates should verify the particulars printed in the Admit Card and if any mistakes, bring to the notice of the Convener, SNSC well
in advance.
3. All candidates must carefully read the “Instructions for the Candidates” given on this Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
4. No candidate will be allowed entry into Examination Centre without valid admit card and original Id proof (Hard copy only, soft copy will
not be accepted). Valid Id proofs are Aadhar Card with recent photo, PAN card, driving license, Passport, Voter ID card, Student
Identity Card with photograph issued by the School/College last attended).
5. Candidates are advised to report at the Examination Venue on the Reporting time printed on this Admit Card. No candidate will be
allowed entry after GATE CLOSING TIME i.e. 15 minutes before the start of the examination.
6. Candidate will have to give biometric/thumb impression at the registration desk of examination center.
7. Candidate should cooperate to ensure smooth security check.
8. Candidate will be required to enter Login ID (Application Number) and Password (Date of Birth) given on the Admit Card to start the
Entrance Examination in CBT mode. Candidate should ensure that his/her Name and other details on the admit card which will
subsequently appear on the Computer Screen are CORRECT.
9. No Candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of the examination.
10. Candidates must appear the examination on the date and time mentioned in the admit card. Any request for change of
Date/Session/Centre/Venue will not be entertained.
11. No negative marks for incorrect answer.
12. Use of Books, Notebooks, Calculators, Watch Calculators, Pagers, Mobile Phone and all types of Electronic Gadget etc. are not
permitted in the Examination Hall. Candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination center.
13. Candidates will be provided with blank white papers for rough work which will be collected at the end of the examination. Candidates
must not copy questions and answers on the paper given for rough work.
14. Instances for providing wrong information or suppressing/tampering facts by a candidate detected at any stage of the Admission
Process will lead to dis qualification and denial of admission.
15. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including
giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the examination will be disqualified.
16. Entry of Parents inside the Examination Premises is not permitted in any case.
17. The examination centers are under surveillance of CCTV and no Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair
examination practices. If found, the candidature of such candidate may be cancelled without any notice.
18. Candidates are advised to check updates on the website (dohodisha.nic.in) regularly. They should also check their mailbox on the
registered E- mail address and SMS in their registered Mobile No. for latest updates and information.
