Hello Ankit,
Based on our phone call, here’s the detailed plan for Digital Marketing or the said business for next 3 months.

Here’s the list of services:


Branding Outline & Design: Creating entire brand tone long with tagline, logo that creates better recall and
entire graphical & visual branding required for the business.

Website Design & Development: A 10 page static website is proposed as the initial services & details will be
covered. We’ll create web banners, forms, popups, etc as a part of web development. This also includes free
website maintainence for next 6 months.

SEO & Online Reputation: Search presence for main stream keywords and along side searches for brand
name will be provided under SEO, focusing on 10 major keywords, 3rd party content etc are all part of SEO.

Social Media Marketing: Organic social presence is key to build brand. That’s the reason we cover content
shooting, editing, posting and over all managing of Social pages on FB, LN, IG etc. THis includes, 2 shoots per

month, and upto 10 -12 reels (& postings) per month.

Paid Advertisement: Typically in the 3rd month, when the good reviews are already there on internet because
of SEO, alongside content we posted on social pages, the paid ads across Google Ads & Meta Ads platform are
next important step of marketing. This includes campaign design creation, overall campaign management and
optimisation. (This doesn’t include campaign budget).

DEMO LETTER
The first month (or precisely 20 days, branding & all its related works will be finished, alongside website final
draft. Then SEO and social media begins, followed by paid ads.

The overall pricing of the above mentioned services that includes, photoshoots, edits, video shooting, editing,
content, articles, social media, internet ads, and overall branding and website at a cost of 40,000 INR per
month.

The final price for a quarter (3 months) are a total of 1,20,000 INR, decreased price is 95, 000 INR (if paid
at once).

As a benefit, we also provide website hosting & webmail for free of cost (as long as the project lasts with us).
