Sir/Madam,
That our Client Encore ARC, is an Asset Reconstruction Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having office at 5th Floor, Plot
No. 137 Sector - 44, Urban Estate Gurugram, Haryana 122002 and has instructed us to issue the present notice to you.
You have availed a Credit Card from SBI CARD (hereinafter referred to as SBI CARD), being Credit Card Account No. 0004726429051517684
for which you had executed an agreement with SBI CARD thereby agreeing to and accepting all the terms and conditions of availing the said Credit
Card
Despite receiving the account statements/due amounts of your Credit Card at your given address, email and mobile, you have failed to clear your
total outstanding dues.
That SBI CARD has assigned your Credit Card to Encore ARC along with all its rights and receivables vide an Assignment Deed executed
between SBI CARD and Encore ARC on 29-Mar-21
That as per the accounts maintained by SBI CARD and Encore ARC in ordinary course of its business, a sum of Rs. 73,287.98 /- is due and payable
by you as on 30-Jun-24 ,which you, the above named addressee has/have failed to pay despite repeated demands/reminders.
We hereby on behalf of Encore ARC call upon you, the above named addressee, to pay the said sum of Rs.73,287.98 /- within 15 days from receipt of
this notice, failing which Encore ARC shall proceed with recovery of its dues along with interests, penal charges, cost of legal proceedings, etc. from
you, by invoking its rights of availing legal remedies under applicable civil and criminal laws.
In case you have made the aforesaid payment, need any assistance or intend to amicably resolve the dispute with our client,
