Applications are invited for filling up of 02 (Two) posts of SENIOR RESIDENTS (Dental) on Adhoc basis (89 days or
till regular incumbent at Dr. BSA Hospital. All candidates are informed to fill the application form online by using the
link provided in this advertisement.

The candidates should report for the interview on 29.05.25 latest by 09.00 am in the Office of Medical Director, Dr.
BSA Hospital, Sector –VI, Rohini, Delhi -110085 for verification of documents with original Id along with one
photocopy of Id. (One of these: Aadhar card/ Election Id card/ passport/PAN Card/Driving License or any other
Govt. ID. No other document will be taken as valid for identification purpose) No entry will be allowed after 10:00
am.

NOTE :-

1. Number of the posts is provisional and subject to change according to vacancies lying vacant or likely to be
vacant without any notice.
2. In unforeseen eventuality of holiday being declared on the stipulated dates, the schedule shall get shifted to next
working day or as decided by Medical Director. Candidate must bring all certificates/documents (BDS Degree,
MDS Degree, class 10th certificate, state council certificate and one of the above mentioned photo id in
original(Aadhar card/ Election Id card/ passport/PAN Card/Driving License or any other Govt. ID. No other
document will be taken as valid for identification purpose) in Original at the time of Interview . The candidate
should have valid registration of Indian Dental Council /State Dental Council certificate for MDS at the time of
interview. Candidate without valid registration need not apply. No receipt for registration nor applied will be
accepted in lieu of State Dental Council registration.
3. The decision of the Selection Board /Medical Director of BSA Hospital regarding selection will be final and
binding and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
4. Appointment will be initially for a period of(89 days or till the regular incumbent joins) extendable up to
maximum of three year on the basis of satisfactory Work & Conduct report from the concerned HOD and written
request from the Doctor concerned.
5. The contract of appointment can be terminated by either party by giving a notice of 7days without assigning any
reason. However, No notice period will be given in the case termination of service is done on disciplinary ground.
6. If any declaration /information furnished by the candidates is found to be false or any material fact suppressed
willfully, the candidature/appointment will be cancelled/terminated; due Administrative action/ legal action will
be taken. Dental council of India/ State council will also be intimated for appropriate action.

10. No TA / DA shall be paid for participating in the interview.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING FILLING OF FORM FOR INTERVIEW -

1. The form can only be filled by clicking on the above mentioned link; the link will be valid from date of publication
of this advt. to 28.05.2025 up to 02 PM only.(No physical application will be accepted)
2. Immediately after submitting application the candidate will receive an auto generated mail from
residentsbsah@gmail.com. Instructions given in auto generated mail should be followed.

4. Candidates are informed to appear for document verification on (29.05.2025) up to 09am only.
5. Auto generated mail will be containing prefilled application form based on data submitted by the candidate along
with the instructions for the interview. Candidate is required to bring a printout of the same at the time of interview.
6. Interview will be held on 29.05.2025. Candidates are required to report in MD office, Dr BSA Hospital at 09 am
along with needed documents as mentioned above(point no 2note).
7. The result of selected candidates will be displayed on hospital website /Delhi govt. website and notice board. No
individual communication will be sent.
8. All the shortlisted candidates will be required to get their documents verified in the hospital before joining.
9. The selected candidates are supposed to join within stipulated time (one week after medical done).
10. Suppression of information or wrong submission of information will be liable for appropriate administrative
/legal action the same will also be intimated to respective State Dental council and DCI.

ELIGIBILITY & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE POST OF SENIOR RESIDENTS (Dental):
1.Qualification: MDS degree from recognized Indian university / Institute.
“MDS(oral surgery)/MDS(Endodontic)/MDS(Periodontics)shall be preferred”
2. Age As On Date of Interview. Age limit is 37 years for Senior Resident as on date of Interview 29.05.2025.
3. Pay Scale: Shall be in accordance with 7th CPC guidelines as adopted by GNCT of Delhi.
4. Those who have already done Senior Residency in any of the Govt./ Govt aided Institution for Three year are not
eligible.
5. Total duration of senior residency is Three year irrespective of any institute. If candidate has done Senior
residency from any govt./ govt aided institute, but total duration done is less than Three year, then he / she is
eligible for rest of the tenure so as to complete three years of Senior residency. However, under NO
circumstances, total duration of senior residency will exceed Three year, including tenure done elsewhere.
6. Candidate must be registered with state dental council/ Dental Council of India.
