Service Level Agreement
1. SHREE SAMARTH KRUPA COMPUTER. Shall provide on-call basis maintenance Service for a
Period of one year or for the period for which the payment is made from the date of commencement
Of the contract or as mentioned.
2. SHREE SAMARTH KRUPA COMPUTER. Shall provide on-call service from Monday to Friday
Between 10.00A.M. And 5.45 P.M. on Saturday 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. excluding public holidays.
3. Spare parts are not covered for any replacement / repair under AMC.
4. In Case the unit is not repairable at Customer’s premises the same will be taken to Shree Samarth
Krupa Computer premises for repairs and will be returned back after rectifying the problems.
5. Service call report will be submitted by engineer.
6. LAN support includes resolving the networking related problems, like connectivity problems, patch
cord problems, Network configuration problem and Network IP conflicts etc. Installation of network
cards & Reconfiguration of network setting on desktop.
7. Service do not include repair or replacement of damages resulting from wear and tear of plastic
components, Printer head, Consumables, Accident, Negligence, or misuse, Failure of Electrical Power,
Air conditioning, fire, rodent attack or by reasons beyond human control.
8. Any problem arising out of virus infection to the computer will not be covered under this contract.
Orient reserve the right to charge extra if any engineer time is spent on such problems.
9. SHREE SAMARTH KRUPA COMPUTER. Under no circumstances may be held responsible for any
kind of data loss suffered by the customer. Shree Samarth Krupa Computers liability is restricted to the
hardware as mentioned in the contract. However, Engineer will assist users in taking regular backups
to avoid any data loss.
10. Customers for there own benefit are requested to take regular backup and use power-conditioning
equipment, this will enable keep the downtime to the barest minimum.
11. it is recommended that the customer should use genuine cartridge/ toners in their due to use of refilled
cartridge / toners will not be covered under AMC.
12. PAYMENTS TERMS: 100% Advance while signing the contract.
