Dear Sir,
EMDs support and guidance will be there, but continuous supervision of the
job is not possible due to the execution of major Network Gas pipeline
repair jobs involving multiple shutdowns.
In the past, PBS has carried out extensive Online cladding of both BF and
CO gas pipelines through the contract route safely and successfully.

As Online gas-line cladding job is a new job to our department and EMD
department is regularly doing this type of job
a expert supervision from EMD department will be required while execution
of this contract .
